These terms apply when you use this website or work with NextGen Digital Impact LLC, Waldorf, Maryland ("we"). A signed agreement, statement of work or contract for a specific engagement takes priority over these terms.
The free Digital Readiness Briefing
The briefing is a free call with general guidance and a one-page readiness summary. It is not a promise of results and there is no obligation.
Scope and pricing
Paid work starts only after a written scope with phases, deliverables and prices is agreed by both sides.
Data and confidentiality
We agree in writing where data is stored, who can access it and how long it is kept, and we follow your organization's policies. Information you share with us stays confidential.
No guaranteed results
Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We commit to careful work, clear documentation and honest reporting.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the engagement concerned.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland unless a signed contract says otherwise.
